Winter is in full swing here in Chicago. And now there’s no denying it.
Here’s what it life currently looks like here: -8C with a real feel of of -19C.
I’d seen a handful of famous folks in San Francisco (most of whom I have forgotten), but I hadn’t seen anyone I ‘knew’ in Chicago. Until Saturday.

Sometimes, life is not particularly interesting. And right now, life here is not terribly notable. And that’s okay. But I’m doing what I need to get by and to chase my dreams. That has to count for something, right?
Two days ago, we had the first snow of the season here in Chicago. Just as the forecast predicted, the temperature fell below zero, the wind picked up, and the rain started. And then I missed it.
